Analysis Part Three

Once Langdon and Victoria are let into the Vatican archives, they have a great lead in where the murders are going to take place. At first, they go to the wrong destination, but they figure out where they actually are to be. After going to the new destination where the murder is actually going to occur, they are able to follow the ancient markers of the Path of Illumination. Though they come across many hurdles along their path, Vittoria and Langdon are able to follow the ancient path, and make it all the way to the end. Langdon rescues Vittoria from the Hassassin and they make their way back to the Vatican to try to stop the mayhem. When they get back a series of crazy, and intense events occur but once they get the problem of the hidden antimatter under control, and everybody is back at the Vatican, something even crazier happens. They find out that the person behind all of the terrorism events is the Comerlegno which is very unexpected. This played a huge factor in the whole book, it made everything possible. This was the way that the Hassassin was let into the Vatican City, and the whole time, the Comerlegno did such a great job at hiding that he was behind it all. He made it very believable that he nothing that was going on, and was worried out of his mind for the city and for the four Cardinals, when really, he had it all planned out.
