Section Thirty-Eight

Four cars rushed down the streets of Rome, filled with Swiss Guards, as well as Langdon and Vittoria. Olivetti demanded an explanation from the two of them. All Langdon knew was that Raphael was buried in the Pantheon, and that was what the clue was the first place on the Path of Illumination. Olivetti did not understand how anybody could get away with a murder in the Pantheon, but went along just in case Langdon was right. They were convinced that this was their one chance to catch the killer, and rescue the Cardinals. At this, Olivetti wanted to end the mission of going to the Pantheon to try and stop the killer, if that was their only chance to catch him, it could be very critical time in searching for the antimatter instead. After much convincing, they kept on with the mission and drove quickly to their destination. They figured they only had one chance to catch the Hassassin because they were not sure if the original path would still be intact in this day. As they got close to the Pantheon, they parked a coulple of blocks away to avoid being seen, and began their mission.
